Walk & Talk with Matuta brings people together for a relaxed, facilitated walk where we can share experiences, explore new perspectives and make meaningful connections.

Each month, we'll focus on a different theme around personal growth, leadership and wellbeing. From finding your purpose and building confidence to managing your energy and creating better balance.

Using thought provoking conversation cards, we'll explore a series of questions in small groups of two or three, giving everyone the opportunity to reflect, share ideas and learn from one another.
